I’ve grown up in a family of big eaters. They just adore eating with every occasion, from birthday parties, to weddings, divorces, or even funeral. This is probably why we now have to face these never ending weight loss problems. My brother and I are heavily overweight, and I very much doubt there are solutions to make us slim again, or at least a bit slimmer.

We’ve tried all diets that we found out about, such as the Grapefruit Diet, the terrible Atkins or the famous South Beach. We’ve been in weight loss camps since we were 12 years of age. We grew up with a locked fridge in the house. Yest, here we are, so big that we cannot travel with the economy class in planes. I don’t want to pay for the business class, but unfortunately I have to, because they have bigger chairs in there.
My conclusion? The fatter you are, the richer you need to be to live a normal life.
