Choosing the Right Dairy Products

Eating healthy for many people may mean cutting out certain products and foods from their diets.  This may not be necessary when people choose foods low in fat that will help them as they begin to eat more healthily.

Making the choice to eat low fat foods that provide the body with calcium such as 1% or skimmed milk, low fat yogurt and low fat cheese will allow people to get the nutrients they need from these foods without the fat. Choosing the right dairy products that are low in fat will help people lose weight and get the nutrients they need from these foods.  Burning off the fat can be done when choosing the right low fat foods that will provide the body with the vitamins and nutrients it needs.
